At Sarv Saree, we value our customers and strive to build a lasting relationship by offering a No-Questions-Asked 3-Day Return & Refund Policy for most products.

Easy Returns – Simple & Transparent

We offer a straightforward 3-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return request through WhatsApp within 3 days.

Please note: Returns will not be accepted beyond the 3-day window for any reason. Refunds are applicable only for returned items.

Important Announcement:

  • Product must be unused, with original tags & packaging intact. Sarees with fall & edging, customized products are not eligible for replacement/return.

 

  • Returns are not allowed. However, we offer exchanges for sale items.

 

  • Return & Exchange Fee : A nominal fee of ₹200/- will be charged for the return & exchange process. This fee covers the shipping and handling of the new item.

 

  • One-time replacement is allowed. After that, no further replacement or claim will be entertained.

 

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

 

  • Slight variations in color, fabric, or work may occur due to lignting/photography; these are not considered defects.  

 

  • Accessories shown in product images (bags, jewellery, etc.) are for representation only and are not included unless specified in the description.

 

  • Buy 2 Get 1 Free Sale & Buy 3 Get 2 Free Sale : Returns or Exchanges are not allowed.

How to Place a Return Request

  1. Return requests must be placed within 3 days of delivery. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
  2. Use WhatsApp Help Desk number to create a return request.
  3. If you face any difficulties, contact us via WhatsApp or call our care number at +91 99799 55935 (Monday-Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
  4. Record an unboxing video while returning the package to ensure a smooth process.
  5. Return Pickup: Once the request is placed, our courier partner will pick up the package within 72 hours (3 days).

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for the sale items.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can exchange it for the same item within 3 days of delivery.

Refund Policy

We process refunds only after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check.

Prepaid Orders

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3-4 business days after the product passes our quality check.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • You will receive a Massage via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp from +91 99799 55935 within 4-5 business days after the quality check.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing them. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account from the cancellation date.
  • For prepaid orders, a 2% cancellation charge (of the product price) will be deducted before refunding the balance to the original payment method.

Colour & Description Disclaimer

  • We strive to display colours as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography conditions, and screen settings.
  • Product details such as weight, work details, and size may vary slightly. Customers should consider these minor differences when making a purchase.
